I have been doing some analysis on how I monetize my blogs to optimize my affiliate program income and want to discuss my findings. The majority of my income comes from 5 primary sources that I have listed below:

* Google Adsense
* Linkworth
* Text Link Ads
* Chitika

I have also used a few other affiliates with limited success:

* Clickbank - this goes in spurts
* Amazon
* Linkshare
* Wordtracker

I have been thinking long and hard about how to increase my earnings with respect to my affiliate program income and wonder if it is more blogs, more affiliates or more focus on my existing blogs. I have come to the conclusion that I don’t know what I don’t know and I need to try a couple of scenarios.

I have recently signed up with Commission Junction and am slowly adding banners and other ads to all my sites. I have also been focusing on posting more consistently on each of the blogs. The results have been positive so far but I have a lot to do yet.

The key thing is that I never stop researching and analyzing. I continue to refer to my copies of the Profit Lance System and The Rich Jerk targe. These systems provide me with proven systems to grow my revenue and work to optimize my affiliate program income, some of which I very briefly alluded to in this post.
