As I sit here and write my second review for products that have helped (or not helped) me in my quest for money making opportunities on the web, I am worried because this review is positive as well. My review of the Profit Lance system, which I recommend, is also primarily positive. This review of the Rich Jerk is also going to be mostly positive. I don’t want you to read to much into that - I am looking at these with a very critical eye and when I run across a crappy product, I will say so. Here is my review of this product.

Overview
The Rich Jerk’s focus is trying to pi$$ you off into buying his product. He uses the concept of “anti-marketing” where he writes about being better than you, but is willing to stoop down and teach you his ways. At first all this seems like a fluff and just a gimmick, which I think it is, but at the end of the day, The Rich Jerk’s concepts have made me money, especially in the section on getting paid per lead.

The Good
* Short, concise, and to the point
* A cheap product that covers all the main concepts quickly and without too much fluff - really good if you are just starting out (i.e. how to set up a domain)
* Free website if you need it

The Bad
* The blatant attempt to earn more affiliate dollars by providing the reader with links to other tools
* The other income opportunities, such as HYIP are not good strategies and should not be used
* Light on content if you have a good understanding of the internet, domain names, etc. More in depth products like Profit Lance would serve you better.

Personal Experience
This was one of the first making money products I saw. It provided me with a real good overview of the various concepts that can help a business person make money online. I have been successfully using his ideas on affiliate marketing for a few months now and have been having good success.

The Rich Jerk is a great starting point - I think every person trying to make money on the net should have this guide in their library. It does not cost much and it provides some great insight into the online money making world - with a little fun at the same time.
