I am going to go for it. I am going to document my progress as I create a new niche website to try to make money off of it. This will be a series of posts that document what I do at each stage, based on research from many other money making niche websites and ideas that I may come up with along the way. I will document what was easy, what was not easy, what worked and what didn’t work.

You may notice that I am not putting up a table of contents in this intriductory post. That is because I don’t have one. I will be making this up as I go - doing the research at each step to:

1. Identify what the next step is
2. Identify what the best practices are for each step to ensure maximum effectiveness and impact to ensure my sites can be monetized to the best possible degree

However, one thing I do need to ensure that I see this thing through to the end is a SMART goal. A SMART goal is simply a goal that is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and has a specific Target. My goal for this project is:

To add to my existing sites daily income so that I am earning at least $5 per day by June 31, 2006

I am very excited to begin and hope that I can meet enough people on the way to help me out with what those best practices are. Stay tuned for Post 2 which will be selecting niche keywords.
