Things are looking pretty good for this month in the Adsense earnings arena. If all goes well tonight, then along with having a record month for Adsense earnings, I will have reached the $50 mark. Not bad for a few hours of work a week - work that I enjoy doing and would do if I didn’t get paid.

Once I optimize AlbertaTourist.com to be friendlier I think it will generate more clicks. Add that to the one or two niche content sites that I would like to take a stab at and I could be changing my goal to $10 per day. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I need to consistently meet the $5 per day target that I have. One thing at a time.

Another thing I would like to consider is the integration of other ways to make money on my sites, as opposed to just Adsense. Things like using Text Link Ads, as discussed over at Money Making Blogs, might be a way to generate additional revenue. The trick will be not taking away Adsense clicks to earn clicks in other areas - any strategy I pick should make more money than before or why bother. That is where the whole trial and error aspect comes into play.

P.S. That is my biggest problem - I have trouble finishing web projects before starting the next one. Anyone else with this problem?
